Zoé Tingting QUIN is appointed as China Chief Representative for the Representative Office of French horse industry, named LeCheval, since 2016.
Founded by major associations and official entities relating to horse races, equestrian sports and breeding, LeCheval aims to promote the excellence of French horses and to share French experiences and know-how with China.
Based in Shanghai, Zoé works closely with French deciders to establish strategy and carry out all projects relating to Chinese market. She builds and maintains good relationship with Chinese government, horse associations, companies, Chinese horse owners, investors, as well as other Chinese opinion leaders.
In addition, she has solid experience in Chinese – French business transactions as well as a deep knowledge of both cultures. In particular, she dedicates herself to the introduction of French Lifestyle as a new economic growth point for France in doing business with China.
Zoé graduated from Southwest University of Political Sciences and Law (Chongqing) in China, specialized in Business & Economic law. Arriving in France in 2007, she studied Political Sciences at Institut d’Etudes Politiques in Aix-en- Provence, following by obtaining two master degrees from University Panthéon- Assas Paris II, one in Communication and another in Law. She acquired French citizenship in 2015.
She worked previously at a French law firm Kahn & Associés in charge of China Desk and Communication in Paris for more than 5 years, where she worked on different issues, such as market analysis, business negotiation, public relations and lobbying, in providing strategic and legal consultations to French companies on their development in China.
