Mr Gerry Kuh is no stranger to the equestrian world and has an exemplifying resumé as federation board member, technical official, organizer, and Chef d’Equipe.
Gerry has chaired and served on various committees of the Hong Kong Equestrian Federation, and was a member of the highest Executive Committee from 2005 to 2014. In 2011 to 2016, Gerry was elected a Bureau Member of the Asian Equestrian Federation and was the Group Chair for the East Asian Region.
First became a national Jumping Judge in 1992, Gerry is now an FEI International Jumping Judge and an FEI Steward in all three Olympic disciplines. Gerry has officiated extensively at many top level equestrian events in Asia, North America and Europe, as well as in numerous major championships such as the South East Asian Games, Asian Games and Youth Olympic Games.
As an organizer, Gerry has played vital roles in some of the most prestigious events in the world, and held key positions in many FEI Championships including the FEI Children’s International Classics Finals in 2011 & 2017, the 5th Asian Indoor & Martial Arts Games 2017, and was appointed the Jumping & Field of Play Manager for the pinnacle event of our sport, the Olympic Games in 2008.
